Junior Dashboard Developer

Job Description:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify reporting requirements, define performance measures, and determine appropriate data sources
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar visualization platforms
• Create data visualizations that communicate trends, results, and areas requiring attention
• Collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources to support reporting and decision-making
• Validate dashboard calculations and report outputs for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
• Apply dashboard development and reporting best practices
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Experience creating dashboards and data visualizations
• Familiarity with reporting and data analytics concepts
• Experience supporting testing, troubleshooting, and documentation activities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Meet Security Eligibilities
• TSA experience is highly desired
• DHS public trust is strongly preferred and will be prioritized
• Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization platforms
• Familiarity with SQL and data analysis fundamentals
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of dashboard development and reporting best practices
• Experience working with integrated data sources
