IT Administrator

Job Description:

• Manage user access, roles, profiles, and permissions while ensuring platform stability and security
• Support and maintain Certinia PSA, ERP, Accounting, and Revenue Management modules
• Configure page layouts, workflows, and approval processes
• Maintain data integrity, perform imports and exports, and conduct routine audits
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable solutions
• Enhance workflows supporting project, financial, and operational needs
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics
• Stay current with Salesforce and Certinia updates
• Recommend process improvements
• Coordinate with developers or consultants for customizations and integrations
• Provide user support and develop documentation
• Deliver training to ensure adoption and effective use of Certinia tools

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce or Certinia (FinancialForce) Administrator
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform administration
• Experience with Certinia ERP and/or PSA modules
• Proficiency in creating reports, dashboards, workflows, and approval processes
• Experience with project accounting, billing, or revenue management systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Salesforce Certified Administrator (desired)
• Certinia PSA or ERP certification (preferred)
• Exposure to finance, accounting, or professional services industries is a plus
