Insurance Sales & Service Associate

Job Description:

• Take great care of customers and identify coverage gaps, eligible discounts, and renewal changes
• Answer inbound calls from customers shopping for auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies
• Assist policyholders with policy changes
• Learn the insurance product and match customers with suitable insurance companies
• Become highly knowledgeable about the Jerry app
• Solve problems to remove barriers between customers and appropriate coverage
• Process service requests involving vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents
• Provide product feedback and help improve the customer experience

Requirements:

• Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required
• Genuinely friendly and positive attitude
• Willingness to work as a team
• Strong work ethic
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills
• Must currently reside in an eligible location: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia for this hourly role
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• A valid P&C license is asked about in the application
• Must be available for full-time employment
