Insurance Agent

Job Description:

• Work remotely as a Life Insurance Sales Representative
• Contact warm leads to schedule appointments
• Help families review coverage options and apply for protection
• Support applications through underwriting until families are fully covered
• Serve approximately 3–5 families per week
• Focus on service rather than prospecting through data-driven systems and lead generation
• Grow into leadership over time

Requirements:

• Entry-level position
• Must be a U.S. citizen
• Life insurance license or willingness to obtain one
• Computer and phone to service clients
• Reliable internet connection
• Comfortable working independently in a performance-based environment
• Coachable, disciplined, accountable, honest, and confident in communication
• Passionate about helping families make sound financial decisions
• Occasional travel may be required for in-person conferences and leadership events
• No cold calling; all leads are warm and inbound
