Inside Sales Representative – Customer Service, Full-Time

Job Description:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective new customers
• Conduct structured initial calls to analyze customer needs
• Contact existing leads in the system by phone
• Consistent follow-up and appointment setting for strategy consultants
• Plan, prepare, and follow up on appointments
• Maintain customer data carefully in the CRM system

Requirements:

• Completed vocational training in any field is an advantage, but not required
• Ability to follow established systems and processes precisely
• Strong communication skills and clear, articulate German at a business-fluent level, both spoken and written
• High level of discipline and willingness to make productive use of the workday on the phone
• Excellent ability to read and understand the person you are speaking with
• Independent and disciplined working style in a remote environment
• Ability to perform at a consistently high level without daily in-person supervision
• Quiet, professional workspace with a stable internet connection
• Confident user of standard PC applications
