Implementation and Training Consultant

Job Description:

• Lead end-to-end software implementations by defining customer requirements, analyzing workflows, and configuring module setups
• Conduct business process assessments
• Deliver comprehensive training to external clients
• Guide data conversion activities and go-live cutover strategies
• Resolve technical implementation issues
• Collaborate with Trimble project managers and customer stakeholders
• Deliver daily recaps and maintain clear operational timelines
• Analyze complex enterprise operations and re-engineer workflows
• Implement sophisticated transportation management system software solutions

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of experience implementing or supporting enterprise application software with external clients
• Ability to analyze business workflows and translate client operational needs into effective software configurations
• Leadership skills with experience in cross-functional prioritization, project ownership, and consensus building
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage stakeholder relationships across all levels
• Direct experience with TruckMate systems or enterprise transportation management software is a bonus
• Practical operational or administrative experience in transportation and logistics is a bonus
• Background in project management methodologies and database troubleshooting for financial or operational workflows is a bonus
• Travel requirement of 60–80%
