Hvac Service Technician

We are looking for a Journeyman HVAC-licensed technician with strong HVAC troubleshooting skills, along with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Location: Rosedale, MD (local candidates only)
Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC/R systems and related equipment
  
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems and determine appropriate repairs
  
• Conduct routine system inspections and preventative maintenance
  
• Respond to service calls and perform field repairs as needed
  
• Maintain accurate documentation of completed work and parts/materials used
  
• Follow applicable safety procedures, protocols, and regulations while working on job sites
  

Requirements

• HVAC Support – Minimum 4 years experience with strong knowledge of HVAC systems and mechanical components
  
• Licensure/Registration – Valid Journeyman’s HVAC License; valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
  
• Physical – Able to climb ladders, crawl, and lift up to 40 pounds
