Requirements
What It Takes5–10 years as an HVAC Service Technician.Proven ability to solve problems and generate revenue through client-focused solutions.EPA Type II certification preferred.High school diploma or equivalent.Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.Ability to read wiring diagrams and service schematics.Comfortable with tablets/smartphones for dispatch and reporting.Valid driver’s license, clean record.Ability to lift up to 75 lbs; willing to travel as needed.Bonus: ServiceTitan experience, OSHA training, NATE certification.The Bottom LineIf you’re a high-performing Service Tech tired of being capped on what you can earn, this is your chance.
