Based in Northborough, MA | Hiring: HVAC Lead Installer

Pay: $80,000-$150,000 per year

Schedule:This is a full-time position with schedules available between:

• Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Participation in an on-call rotation as needed

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

As our HVAC Lead Installer, you'll start your day preparing for residential installation projects before heading to customers' homes where you'll serve as the trusted expert responsible for bringing customized comfort solutions to life. You'll work directly with homeowners to understand their needs, answer questions, and install a variety of HVAC equipment designed around their home, comfort goals, and budget. Throughout the day, you'll showcase your technical expertise, attention to detail, and craftsmanship while ensuring every installation is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
• Proven track record of successful HVAC installations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of plumbing products and services
• Ability to travel to customer locations as needed
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable working with residential electrical systems
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Positive attitude
• Team-player mindset
• Strong work ethic
• Reliable transportation and attendance
• Valid driver's license
