Hvac Installer
Join Chad Love Services in Concord, NC, a family-owned home services company that's been serving local homeowners since 1998. Due to continued growth, we're looking for a full-time HVAC Installer who takes pride in quality workmanship and wants to build a long-term future with a company that values its people. You'll earn $40,000-$70,000 annually, depending on your experience, skills, qualifications, and overall fit. We also offer paid vacation, paid birthdays, paid holidays, company-paid health insurance for employees, dental and vision coverage, overtime opportunities, a tool program, ongoing training, company events, and a complete uniform package. Lead Installers also receive a take-home company vehicle.
YOUR ROLE AS OUR HVAC INSTALLER
Monday-Friday schedule with only occasional weekend work based on customer needs.
You'll install residential heating and cooling systems, including heat pumps, furnaces, air conditioners, and mini-splits. You'll replace ductwork from plans, complete installation checklists, communicate with team members throughout projects, utilize mobile technology to manage job details, and help ensure every installation meets safety standards, quality expectations, and code requirements. Your work will directly help homeowners enjoy safe, reliable indoor comfort.
OUR IDEAL HVAC INSTALLER
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of HVAC Installation experience
- Valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major traffic incidents
- Great customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Dependable, punctual, and organized
- An upbeat attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication skills
- EPA certified is preferred (If not, don't worry, we will get you certified!)
- Residential experience is preferred
