Recent trade school graduates encouraged to apply! We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills to help our customers in our heating and air conditioning department. We will work with you to learn an in demand trade.
Your New Role:
Get ready to dive into a learning experience as an HVAC Apprentice at Ready & Able Plumbing, Heating & Air! In this role, you'll be at the forefront of learning the ins and outs of the Heating and Air Conditioning trade while being part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering top-notch service to our valued customers. You will learn how to complete maintenances on residential heating and air conditioning equipment. With experience you will learn how to then repair heating and air conditioning equipment.

Responsibilities:
Assist lead technician with repairs and replacements.
Track material to restock the vehicle
Maintain cleanliness and safety in customer's homes
Be willing to work overtime when needed
Provide your own hand tools once proficient
Maintain Company tools and equipment
Communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and vendors
Job requirements
High School Diploma
Customer Service experience is a plus
Mechanically inclined
Valid clean Driver's License
Be willing to work late and on weekends as needed
Pass a drug test and criminal background check
Honest, reliable, responsible person with a good work ethic
Good communication and writing skills.
Must live within a reasonable distance from our office
Must be authorized to work in the United States
