Hospice Veterinarian

Job Description:

• Provide hospice and in-home euthanasia care in families' homes
• Practice compassionate end-of-life veterinary medicine
• Conduct a few appointments per day at an unrushed pace
• Listen to families, explain care, and support dignified goodbyes
• Practice independently on the road
• Serve Ellicott City, Columbia, Catonsville, Owings Mills, Maryland, and surrounding areas
• Participate in onboarding, mentorship, and ongoing training

Requirements:

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS)
• Valid U.S. Driver's License
• Choose the 4 weekend days per month that fit your life
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Unassisted and up to 90 lbs with Assistance
• License verification, a background check, and a driving record review before start date
