Job Description:
- Provide compassionate hospice and in-home euthanasia care in pets' homes
- Serve families in Perry Hall, White Marsh, Nottingham and Rosedale, Maryland
- Practice independently on the road
- Conduct a few appointments per day at an unrushed pace
- Sit with families, answer difficult questions and explain end-of-life care
- Help families say goodbye with dignity and peace
- Collaborate with and receive support from experienced colleagues
- Participate in onboarding, mentorship and professional growth
Requirements:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS)
- Valid U.S. Driver's License
- Choose the 4 weekend days per month that fit your life
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Unassisted and up to 90 lbs with Assistance
- License verification required before start date
- Background check required before start date
- Driving record review required before start date
