Healthcare Sales Specialist

Job Description:

• Execute client-directed outbound calls, emails, and virtual interactions with assigned targets
• Deliver disease-state education and generate qualified leads
• Clearly articulate the clinical benefits and value of the product to healthcare professionals and office staff
• Build trust and strengthen customer relationships through professional virtual engagement
• Identify and monitor local market conditions and customer insights
• Support lead-generation efforts
• Collaborate effectively with field counterparts
• Conduct patient identification in a virtual healthcare environment

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum of 1 year of pharmaceutical, medical device or healthcare sales or lead generation experience
• Demonstrated success in a lead-generation environment
• Experience conducting virtual educational sessions with HCPs preferred
• Virtual/inside sales or lead-generation experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to drive business outcomes and meet/exceed lead-generation metrics
• Strong CRM proficiency
• Self-motivated with strong performance orientation
• Effective prioritization and planning
• Adherence to compliance guidelines
