About the Role

ISS Facility Services is hiring full-time Head Chefs to fly in and fly out of Perth Airport on an 8/6 roster. Working closely with the Hospitality Manager, you will run the kitchen across breakfast, crib and dinner for a remote site, keeping food quality, presentation and food safety at a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the kitchen and deliver quality meals for breakfast, crib and dinner


• Produce bulk meals and handle banquet or function service


• Meet the client's expectations for food quality and presentation


• Follow food safety and HACCP standards strictly


• Work with the Hospitality Manager to keep the village running smoothly

About You

• Experience as a Head Chef in a commercial kitchen


• A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or higher


• Experience with high volume catering


• Mining village experience is a plus


• A police check from the last 12 months, or willingness to get one


• Able to pass a pre-employment medical, functional assessment and drug and alcohol screen


• A driver's licence or photo ID and unrestricted Australian work rights

What's on Offer

• $110,000 to $120,000 a year plus super


• 8/6 roster, FIFO from Perth
