Role
Embed with client teams to take AI systems the last mile: integrate prototypes into real production workflows, adapt models and agents to client data and constraints, and own deployment, rollout, adoption, and handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Embed with client teams and move AI systems from prototype to production workflows.
- Customize and integrate agents, models, and product into each client’s stack and data environment.
- Own deployment, rollout, adoption, and a clean handover to client teams.
- Translate business problems into technical scope and communicate technical reality to decision-makers.
Requirements
- Strong full-stack engineering experience, specifically with Python or TypeScript.
- Proven track record of shipping and integrating software inside others’ environments.
- Customer-facing maturity: ability to work directly with client engineers and executives.
- Ability to move quickly in unfamiliar codebases and exercise sound judgment under ambiguity.
- Clear written communication skills for global, asynchronous collaboration.
