Build and maintain pipeline analytics and revenue projection models
Provide sales and executive leadership with a real-time view of forecasted bookings and quota attainment
Partner with Sales on pricing guidance and deal modeling for complex or non-standard deals
Administer the sales commission plan, including accurate, timely, and transparent calculations and payouts
Analyze ROI on marketing spend, including CAC, payback period, and other unit economics
Inform budget allocation across marketing channels
Partner with Sales and Marketing to align on targets, metric definitions, and reporting standards
Improve sales and GTM reporting infrastructure and processes as the company scales
Report to the Director of Finance
Work with leaders across Sales and Marketing in a remote-first environment

4+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, or a related analytical role
Strong foundation in financial modeling and forecasting
Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets modeling
Experience working in CRM systems and BI tools
Ability to drive ambiguous initiatives to completion with minimal supervision
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to translate data into clear recommendations for business stakeholders
Successful completion of a background check
Experience in a high-growth startup or venture-backed technology company preferred
Experience administering a sales commission plan preferred
Experience building pricing and deal models preferred
Experience analyzing marketing ROI and unit economics preferred
Working knowledge of US GAAP and financial operations preferred
Experience in the AI infrastructure, cloud, or data center industry preferred
