Finance & Strategy Analyst

Job Description:

• Own Consumer Trading revenue forecasting and monthly variance analysis
• Manage financial deliverables for Developer and Stablecoin products, including revenue forecasting and OpEx budget tracking
• Build and maintain driver-based financial models across Trading, Developer, and Stablecoin revenue and expense lines
• Investigate financial and operational data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities
• Lead month-end close processes and partner with Accounting to ensure data integrity
• Present financial analysis in business reviews and translate complex data into recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders
• Partner with Business Operations, Data, Accounting, Treasury, Investor Relations, HR, Product, Engineering, and Operations

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or a related analytical role
• Ability to build driver-based revenue and expense models independently
• Advanced Excel and SQL proficiency
• Exposure to planning tools such as Anaplan, NetSuite, or Adaptive Insights
• Experience partnering with non-finance stakeholders to validate assumptions, gather inputs, and present financial analysis
• Ability to independently identify financial trends or risks and escalate insights to leadership
• Proven accuracy in financial close processes, variance analysis, or reconciliation workflows
• Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight
• Must be based in the USA
