Events & Experiences Specialist

Job Description:

• Serve as the production lead for planning and execution of large-scale events and national programs, managing budgets, timelines, staffing needs, logistics, contingency plans, and on-site execution
• Manage vendor and agency relationships while researching and sourcing vendors, execution partners, and other resources that support event objectives
• Support the translation of creative concepts and business objectives into comprehensive production strategies
• Partner with the VIP Team and cross-functional stakeholders to gather feedback, identify key learnings, and develop repeatable practices that strengthen future events
• Represent the DraftKings brand at events while helping deliver a consistent, high-quality experience for attendees

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in experiential events, event planning, hospitality, or a related field
• Experience managing complex event production, including spatial planning, fabrication, scenic design, logistics, budgets, financial forecasts, and vendor negotiations
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple events, changing priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, vendors, agencies, and event attendees
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace
• Flexibility to travel and work nights or weekends as required for event execution
• Ability to obtain and maintain required state gaming licenses
