Equity Administrator

The Equity Administrator will manage the company’s equity programs, including stock options, grants, vesting schedules, and related records. This role will maintain accurate cap table data, coordinate equity transactions, and support employees with equity questions. Responsibilities include partnering with finance, legal, HR, and external providers to ensure compliance and timely reporting. The position will help streamline equity processes and deliver a clear, reliable employee experience as ElevenLabs grows.
