Lead complex, high-impact commercial projects from concept through implementation using Waterfall and Agile methodologies
Translate business needs into project objectives, plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and performance measures
Direct cross-functional resources and subject matter experts across business and technical teams
Monitor progress, risks, issues, and performance deviations; drive resolution and escalate complex matters to senior leadership
Develop stakeholder communication and engagement plans
Facilitate project meetings and maintain documentation and status reporting using PMCoE processes and templates
Partner with change management leaders to prepare end users, align workflows, deliver training, support adoption, and ensure operational handover
Contribute to continuous improvement of PMCoE capabilities, standards, and practices
Serve as an interface between business and technical teams and facilitate technical discussions
Collaborate with Commercial PMCoE, Sales, Service, Commercial Operations, Marketing, Digital, Analytics, Strategy, and IT teams

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent
8+ years of experience in project management supporting enterprise-wide technical/digital projects
Experience in Sales, Service, Marketing, or digital project management across enterprise organizations
Expertise working across multiple functions in a matrixed organization
Exceptional active listening and advanced written and verbal communication skills
Partner management and meeting facilitation skills
Interpersonal skills in teamwork, negotiation, and networking
Ability to manage complexity and uncertainty while maintaining attention to detail
PMP or Certified Scrum Master preferred
Ability to work Pacific Time Zone hours
Ability to collaborate regularly with leaders and teams across the Pacific Time Zone
