Enterprise Account Executive

Job Description:

• Master SHI’s value proposition to exceed revenue and profit goals
• Develop sales strategies and pricing proposals
• Cultivate existing customer relationships and establish new ones through cold calling, meetings, and networking
• Identify and create sales pipeline opportunities
• Collaborate with sales management to meet or exceed quarterly and annual targets
• Build partnerships with internal SHI support teams and external industry partners
• Understand customer business objectives, IT priorities, and initiatives to provide tailored solutions
• Communicate SHI’s portfolio of products, solutions, services, and capabilities
• Differentiate SHI’s offerings from competitors and defend SHI’s value
• Foster cross-department relationships and leverage support resources
• Build market awareness through local and regional industry events, organizations, and affiliations
• Stay current on industry trends, products, and market conditions

Requirements:

• Completed Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience required
• Minimum 3-5 years of successful sales experience
• Ability to excel in a team selling environment
• Ability to continually meet or exceed sales targets
• Expertise in client relationship building and new business development
• Proficiency in account management
• Proficiency in project management
• Understanding of business operations and strategy
• Minimum 50% of time outside an office setting meeting existing and potential customers
• Travel to customer sites within dedicated territory
• Travel to SHI, partner, and customer events
• Currently hold or have the ability to obtain required sales and/or technical certifications within first 90 days of employment
