Enrollment Specialist

Job Description:

• Make 50+ outbound calls per day to prospective patients and caregivers to introduce Daymark’s services and support
• Guide patients through the enrollment process, surfacing goals and concerns to tailor support
• Respond to inbound communications and triage requests
• Ensure patients are connected to the appropriate team members
• Obtain patient consent and complete enrollment surveys
• Escalate urgent needs to clinical teams
• Share feedback with internal teams based on patient and provider needs, referral trends, and access barriers
• Work a structured schedule with coverage to ensure patient access
• Build trust with healthcare providers and enroll new patients
• Support patient referrals and enrollment while delivering an exceptional first experience
• Contribute to enrollment-process and patient-experience improvements by identifying gaps and opportunities
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment goals
• Pass regular call audits for compliance and quality

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in an enrollment, patient outreach, call center, or SDR role with high phone volume
• Motivated to help patients access better care and hit enrollment targets
• Ability to build trust quickly and genuinely with providers and patients
• Curiosity, empathy, and clarity in communication
• Organized and proactive, with strong attention to detail
• Comfort with frequent change in a startup environment
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication
• Experience documenting in a CRM such as Salesforce
• Familiarity with Slack, Salesforce, Zoom, Google Suite, and EHRs
• Ability to adapt to new systems and workflows
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required for patient-facing roles by the start date
• Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM Eastern, with flexibility for evening or weekend coverage
• Candidates must be based within Rhode Island or the Greater Boston Area
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus, but not required
