Director, Product Management – AI

Job Description:

• Build products extending governed workflows, datasets, and business logic into AI agents and LLMs
• Define and prioritize the roadmap for grounding LLMs in governed business logic
• Partner with Engineering, Data Science, and the CPO organization to benchmark and improve cost and speed advantages over standalone LLM usage
• Work directly with enterprise customers and analysts to quantify AI ROI
• Represent the AI product vision through analyst briefings, customer advisory boards, and public launches
• Champion the VURA framework as the standard for trustworthy AI
• Report to the SVP of Product

Requirements:

• 10+ years in product management with meaningful experience leading AI, ML, or data-platform products at a B2B SaaS or enterprise software company
• Track record of building and defending an ROI or TCO narrative
• Working knowledge of LLMs, agents, and retrieval/grounding in production
• Experience shipping products integrating with third-party AI ecosystems such as MCP, ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, or Gemini
• Strong cross-functional leadership across engineering, data science, sales, and analyst relations
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Bachelor's degree in a related field required; MBA or technical graduate degree a plus
• Remote based on the West Coast, with a strong preference for Seattle
• Ability to serve in compliance with U.S. export controls
