Director of Sales

The Director of Sales will lead Blueland’s retail growth strategy across grocery, e-commerce, specialty, and discount channels. This role owns customer account strategy, P&L performance, annual business planning, trade and shopper marketing, and innovation presentations. The position builds strong retailer and broker partnerships while collaborating cross-functionally on forecasting, analytics, go-to-market initiatives, and demand generation. Reporting to the VP of Retail, the director will drive profitable growth and expand sustainable products across retail markets.
