Digital Advertising Manager

Job Description:

• Manage and develop a team of digital advertising consultants to achieve company metrics, including churn rate, budget goals, monthly contact rate, and account performance
• Hire, terminate, and oversee employees
• Develop training curriculum for Digital Advertising Trainees and the broader team
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to ensure continuous feedback and professional growth
• Act as a primary escalation point for high-profile clients and complex account issues
• Oversee monthly budget management and updates
• Maintain KPI reports for senior management
• Ensure accurate monthly billing and reconciliation reporting with the billing team
• Hold Digital Advertising Supervisors accountable for weekly and monthly KPI performance
• Support OEM digital advertising programs with the OEM team
• Train, coach, and mentor digital advertising consultants to deliver outstanding client service and maximize account retention
• Identify at-risk clients and develop strategies to mitigate churn and improve performance
• Design and implement process improvements with department leadership
• Collaborate with Specialist Managers and teams to improve consultant support
• Work cross-functionally with client-facing teams to align processes and coordinate with website, sales, and SEO counterparts

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 7 years’ experience in digital ad operations and programmatic advertising
• 5 years’ experience in management role
• Demonstrated success managing multiple digital advertising clients
• Advanced proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager
• Strong knowledge of Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
• Excellent communication skills with high attention to detail and proven ability to meet deadlines
• Automotive industry experience preferred
• Background working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize changing demands preferred
• Dependable, adaptable, and proactive in solving problems preferred
• Must be a US resident
• Successful candidate must pass a background check
