Delivery Lead

Job Description:

• Ensure business readiness when implementing new technology or business processes
• Plan, monitor, and manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely delivery, specifications, and budget compliance
• Develop client-specific project plans and drive project delivery, milestones, accountability, and obstacle removal across multiple concurrent projects
• Secure internal and external resources for the project portfolio
• Define business requirements with operations teams for IT and DBI
• Monitor IT escalations and production support issues for business impact
• Oversee User Acceptance Testing, including planning, execution, and sign-off
• Partner with operations and strategic account management on client communications and meetings
• Provide client updates on program roadmaps and IT pipelines; support client meetings, EBRs, and IT escalations
• Aid in developing and improving tools and processes
• Mentor less experienced team members on complex projects
• Communicate with executive sponsors, internal teams, stakeholders, vendors, and customers
• Evaluate tools and processes for project fit and implement improvements
• Analyze project/program policies, processes, standards, governance, and metrics

Requirements:

• 10+ years of applicable work experience, including 10 or more years managing projects
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or another related field; equivalent work experience considered in lieu of a degree
• Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum is desired
• Advanced understanding of Project Management Methodologies and core components; PMI Methodologies preferred
• Advanced understanding of PMIS systems, including Clarity and Microsoft Project
• Knowledge of finance and accounting core concepts and principles
• Proven success facilitating consensus on prioritization and leading client discussions
• Ability to analyze target audiences and create communication plans and artifacts for internal and external C-level executives
• Ability to use project management tools to assess critical paths, baselines, resource constraints, costs, budgets, mitigation plans, dependencies, and resourcing
• In-depth knowledge of reimbursement and patient assistance programs, database elements, functionality, and reimbursement strategies
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including multiple worksheets, filters, functions, and pivot tables
• Ability to create presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint
• Ability to create diagrams in Microsoft Visio
• Must be flexible on schedule and hours
