Data Product Manager

Job Description:

• Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for Data & AI products
• Gather business requirements and translate them into product features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, BI Developers, and Engineering teams to deliver solutions
• Drive the development of dashboards, analytics platforms, predictive models, and AI-powered applications
• Prioritize product backlog and lead Agile product delivery
• Define KPIs, measure product success, and continuously improve product performance
• Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI, automation, and data-driven decision-making

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or Data Products
• Strong understanding of Product Management methodologies and Agile frameworks
• Experience working with Data Analytics, BI, Data Warehousing, and Data Governance
• Hands-on knowledge of SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)
• Exposure to AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, and predictive analytics use cases
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience creating PRDs, roadmaps, user stories, and managing product backlogs
• Experience building AI-powered or data-driven products preferred
• Domain experience in Retail, E-commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, Energy, or Healthcare preferred
• Certifications in Product Management, Data Analytics, AI, or Cloud technologies preferred
