Job Description:
- Extract, clean and validate data from databases and other sources
- Analyze data to find trends, issues and opportunities
- Build reports, dashboards and visualizations for stakeholders
- Write SQL queries to support analysis and reporting
- Check data quality and document data definitions
- Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences
- Support ad hoc data requests
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
- 2+ years of data analysis experience
- Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases
- Proficient with Excel and at least one reporting tool such as Power BI, Tableau or BusinessObjects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Ability to use common office equipment including computers, phones, scanners and printers
