Job Description:

• Provide clients with the best possible experience with Tire Guru
• Learn Tire Guru and educate clients on general business management software support
• Provide professional and knowledgeable support for Tire Guru products
• Develop a good understanding of the tire and automotive industry
• Develop customer relationships
• Provide software support and training while managing multiple priorities

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of previous customer support experience
• Teamwork and communication skills
• Desire to learn, willingness to take initiative and adapt
• Knowledge of web-based software programs
• Ability to prioritize tasks and tactfully negotiate priorities with end users
• Ability to demonstrate and maintain evidence of technical knowledge
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment and work independently
