Customer Service Professional – Multiple Client Programs

Job Description:

• Provide customer support for nationally recognized companies from a professional home-office environment
• Answer inbound customer calls
• Assist with questions and account needs
• Process service requests or transactions
• Coordinate roadside or other service assistance
• Provide reservation or scheduling support
• Document customer interactions accurately
• Navigate multiple computer systems
• Deliver professional, solution-focused support
• Complete registration, certification, and onboarding requirements as applicable

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer and typing proficiency
• Ability to navigate multiple applications
• Professional, dependable, self-directed work habits
• Ability to work independently
• Quiet, distraction-free workspace
• Reliable high-speed internet
• Compatible Windows 11 computer; additional equipment may be required before servicing, depending on the program
• Opportunities are subject to state, client, equipment, and program eligibility
• Background screening or additional client requirements may apply
