Customer Service

Job Description:

• Receive inbound customer calls
• Answer questions and resolve concerns
• Assist with accounts, reservations, or transactions
• Coordinate roadside or service requests
• Enter accurate notes into client systems
• Move between multiple computer applications
• Provide calm, professional, solution-focused support
• Select or explore client programs aligned with professional strengths and scheduling needs

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Quiet, distraction-free home workspace
• Reliable high-speed internet
• Compatible Windows 11 computer
• Program-specific equipment may be required before servicing
• Must meet applicable state, equipment, background, and client requirements
• 1099 independent-contractor status
• Availability, skills, location, equipment, and program eligibility may affect client-program options
