Customer Manager

Job Description:

• Lead the Wegmans account for the Accelerator business
• Develop and execute key account strategies across the product portfolio
• Unlock incremental growth opportunities
• Strengthen customer partnerships
• Expand presence across key categories
• Achieve business objectives by developing and maintaining customer relationships
• Align retailer growth strategies across assortment, merchandising, pricing, and promotion
• Lead direct and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and collaborate on solutions
• Own and manage the financial forecast to deliver annual company objectives
• Leverage complex data sources to influence internal and external stakeholder decisions

Requirements:

• Significant related experience
• Account Management Experience
• Ability to develop, present, and execute customer plans with a focus on customer communication and account penetration
• Ability to understand market dynamics, forecast results, and analyze and interpret data
• Strong understanding of trade strategy
• Understanding of retail operations
• Negotiation skills
