CPT-11661 Medicare & Health Insurance Outbound Appointment Setting Virtual Assistant

The Virtual Assistant will conduct outbound calls to Medicare and health insurance leads, explain outreach purposes, assess interest, and schedule appointments with licensed representatives. This role focuses on patient, empathetic communication with seniors, handling routine questions and objections, and coordinating follow-ups or language-specific inquiries. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate Excel lead records, tracking call outcomes and appointments, and submitting daily activity reports. The contractor may support additional seasonal insurance campaigns as trained.
