Contracts Manager

Job Description:

• Review clinical trial agreements, exclusive of the study budget
• Negotiate clinical trial agreements
• Prepare clinical trial agreements
• Track clinical trial agreements
• Finalize clinical trial agreements
• Collaborate with Research Operations teams, especially Budget teams
• Collaborate with local program administrative teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 4 years of contract review and negotiation experience
• Experience with privacy law, HIPAA, compliance, contracts, or intellectual property
• J.D. preferred
