Content Marketing Specialist
Stitch is the global leader in helping brands drive CRM performance through Braze and Databricks. We work with Fortune 1000 brands to design and execute martech-driven solutions and lifecycle marketing strategies that drive meaningful outcomesโproducing award-winning work for brands like Taco Bell and e.l.f. cosmetics. Our fast-growing team spans the US, UK, and Canada.
Weโre actively building the best customer relationship marketing (CRM) consultancy in the world. Not the biggestโthe best. Weโre looking for teammates who are energized by this challenge.
First and foremost, youโre motivated by impact. To be the best CRM consultancy in the world, we have to be motivated by performanceโboth in how our work drives outcomes for our customers, and for how our work drives outcomes for Stitch.
This means youโre not content with the status quo. Youโre always looking towards whatโs next and seeking opportunities to grow yourself, grow our customers, and grow Stitch. You have relentless standards and uphold them unapologetically. You move nimbly, take ownership, drive things forward, and make the people around you better. If this sounds like you, you will thrive here.
At Stitch, we believe the next generation of marketing wonโt be powered by more campaigns โ it will be powered by better thinking, smarter systems, and teams that know how to turn complexity into clarity.
The Content Marketing Specialist โ Sales & Solutions will play a critical role in bringing that vision to life.
This person is responsible for transforming Stitchโs expertise โ from real customer work to emerging solutions and new ways of operating โ into clear, compelling narratives that drive market understanding, build trust, and accelerate pipeline. They wonโt just create content; theyโll help define how Stitch shows up in the market.
Working across marketing, sales, and delivery, this role sits at the intersection of insight and execution โ translating complex ideas into content thatโs not only engaging, but usable. Content that sales teams can act on. Content that customers learn from. Content that moves deals forward.
This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to do more than โwrite content.โ Youโll shape how our solutions are understood, how our POV shows up in the world, and how we scale what we know across every channel.
The ideal candidate is a fast learner with strong instincts, someone who asks sharp questions, connects dots quickly, and thrives in ambiguity. They are equal parts storyteller and operator โ able to zoom out to shape a narrative, and zoom in to ship high-quality work quickly.
This role is part of the Stitch marketing team and reports to the Solution Marketing Lead.
