Community Moderator (External Contractor) - India

The Community Moderator supports Udacity’s scholarship communities by creating a healthy, engaging, and student-focused online learning environment. Responsibilities include monitoring forums daily, providing non-technical learner support, enforcing community guidelines, and addressing inappropriate posts. The role also involves collaborating with Community Managers to increase engagement, prepare performance summaries, and participate in regular meetings. This remote, part-time contractor position requires availability across mornings, evenings, and weekends in India.
