Day & Night Air Conditioning, Heating and Plumbing is seeking a full- time Comfort Advisor to join our growing team in the Phoenix Metro area.

What You Will Do
- Conduct professional in-home sales presentations for HVAC replacement opportunities
- Assess homeowners’ needs and recommend the best HVAC solutions for their home
- Build trust and establish strong relationships with homeowners
- Clearly explain equipment options, benefits, pricing, and financing solutions
- Present proposals and confidently close sales
- Follow up with prospects to move opportunities forward
- Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity in the CRM
- Work closely with the installation and support teams to ensure smooth customer experience
- Generate customer referrals and build long-term relationships
- Stay knowledgeable on HVAC equipment, products, and industry trends
Who You Are
- Outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude
- Have excellent verbal communication skills
- Have the ability to work well with others to accomplish team goals
- Be able to work with minimal supervision
- Be willing to generate customer referrals
- Have a valid driver's license and driving record that meets company insurability requirements
- Have strong customer relationship management skills
- In-home sales experience would be a plus
- Familiarity with a wide range of HVAC equipment preferred
- Knowledge of air balancing principles and duct sizing techniques preferred
- Ability to perform all physical and mental requirements of the job
