As a Client Success Representative, you will be the trusted partner for veterinary practices using Keystone. You will own the client relationship after the sale, from onboarding through renewal, making sure every practice gets full value from the platform, stays happy, and grows with us.What You'll DoManage a portfolio of veterinary practice and hospital accounts, acting as their main point of contactLead onboarding and training so new clients are up and running quickly and confidentlyRun regular check-ins and account reviews to understand client goals and drive product adoptionMonitor account health, flag risks early, and take action to protect renewals and prevent churnIdentify upsell and expansion opportunities and partner with Sales to close themWork closely with Technical Support and Product to resolve issues and share client feedbackKeep accurate account records and notes in the CRM
RequirementsWhat You Bring2+ years in customer success, account management, or a client-facing role, ideally in SaaSExcellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a genuine drive to help clients succeedOrganized and proactive, able to manage many accounts and priorities at onceComfortable learning software quickly and explaining it clearly to non-technical usersExperience with a CRM or customer success platformNice to HaveExperience in veterinary, animal health, or healthcare technologyFamiliarity with medical imaging, PACS, or practice management software
