About the Role

ISS is looking for qualified tradespeople to work casual FIFO swings at remote mining villages across Western Australia and South Australia, flying from Perth and Adelaide airports.

Swings are flexible and set by site needs and your availability. ISS needs refrigeration and HVAC mechanics, plumbers and electricians.

Key Responsibilities

• Refrigeration and HVAC: service air conditioning, cool rooms, freezers, ice machines and dining room equipment across the village


• Plumbing: inspect, maintain and repair below-ground potable water and sewer infrastructure, with daily leak checks


• Electrical: maintain, repair and upgrade lighting, power, switchboards and safety systems to Australian Standards


• Work unsupervised to a planned schedule

About You

• Current trade qualification and licence valid in WA and/or SA (essential)


• Remote village maintenance and RO plant experience is a plus


• Experience with digital work management systems is a plus


• Police check from the last 12 months, or willing to get one


• Able to pass a medical, functional assessment and drug and alcohol test


• Full Australian work rights
