Call Center Representative

Job Description:

• Provide customer service to Entel Chile customers
• Assist customers with issues related to their mobile devices
• Identify opportunities to offer additional products or services through cross-selling
• Develop sales skills and increase earnings through commissions

Requirements:

• High school education
• Professional experience: less than 1 year
• Availability to work Monday through Friday
• Availability to work within the hours of 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
• 9 hours of active work plus a 1-hour break
