Drive profitable growth by developing new broker relationships and strengthening existing partnerships
Expand market presence and identify new business opportunities
Collaborate with brokers to deliver solutions that meet client needs
Maximize profitable new business growth and retention through business relationships, product knowledge and underwriting acumen
Provide information to identify and define marketing opportunities for existing and potential markets
Serve as the primary contact at Striior for Intact's BDM team members
Support underwriters’ marketing efforts and strengthen broker relationships
Travel to key producers/accounts and maintain visibility in the marketplace
Analyze trends and recommend business positioning strategies
Develop working relationships with producers to achieve mutual growth and profitability goals
Use coverage-gap knowledge to retain or obtain customers
Partner with underwriting, claims, actuary and risk control departments to service producers and accounts
Provide project management support for marketing initiatives
Assist in comparing Business Unit marketing practices, potential changes and weaknesses
Participate in industry events and/or committees as a Striior representative

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
Strong relationships with regional wholesale brokers
Ability to travel 75% of the year
5-7 years of progressively complex, specialty lines insurance and marketing experience
Developing expertise of underwriting guidelines and broad knowledge of Striior's operations and products
Understanding of industry, territory and insurance trends
