Business Analyst

Job Description:

• Coordinate and deliver integrated products and services from preferred technology partners to member organizations
• Lead and coordinate assigned projects from initiation to completion
• Ensure timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Gather, document, and translate business and technical requirements into actionable implementation plans
• Assess impacts of proposed changes and provide operational recommendations
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, external vendors, and member organizations
• Facilitate meetings and maintain transparent communication
• Produce clear project documentation
• Evaluate workflows and operational processes for improvement opportunities
• Lead or contribute to initiatives that streamline operations, enhance system functionality, and improve service delivery
• Provide subject matter expertise on supported products and systems
• Share knowledge, mentor less experienced team members, and contribute to continuous learning
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Healthcare, Healthcare IT, Project Coordinator, or Business Analyst role, or project management experience including presenting/meetings, communications, and tracking progress from beginning to end
• Experience presenting and facilitating meetings
• Experience with communications and tracking project progress from beginning to end
• Reading, speaking, writing, and understanding English
• Constant interpersonal skills, teamwork, and customer service
• Frequent creativity, mentoring, presentations, and teaching
• Occasional decision making and independent judgment or action
• Ability to work in a virtual home-office environment
• Ability to travel by air, vehicle, or train as required
• Ability to sit for long periods, stand and walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms
