Support IT or non-IT business process improvement and reengineering projects
Map and evaluate current processes
Design future-state processes using design thinking principles

Experience supporting IT or non-IT business process improvement/reengineering projects, whether system-driven or non-system-driven
Strong experience with process mapping, evaluating current processes, designing future-state processes, and applying design thinking principles
Knowledge or experience with the federal budget process
Ability to break down complex problems, identify issues, and develop practical solutions
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to quickly understand new subject areas, adapt, and hit the ground running
Highly organized, able to work independently, and collaborate effectively with a team
Ability to ask thoughtful, probing questions to gather meaningful information from stakeholders and understand business needs
Ability to prioritize, balance, and effectively advance multiple competing priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Ability to interact professionally and collaboratively with teammates, clients, and business partners
Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills
