Provide ongoing analytics and reporting support for a card portfolio, particularly a new card program
Develop understanding of portfolio performance, business objectives, and stakeholder needs
Develop, refine, and maintain recurring business reports and dashboards
Research data, analyze results, and translate findings into clear business insights
Analyze portfolio performance, trends, and key drivers
Present findings through reports, presentations, and business recommendations
Partner with stakeholders to translate questions and reporting needs into actionable analysis
Serve as a trusted thought partner and proactively identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Evaluate and improve existing reports and reporting processes
Simplify and streamline complex reporting into user-friendly formats
Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve reporting consistency
Collaborate on reporting automation and process improvements
Manage multiple requests and priorities while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness
Communicate analytical findings to analytical and non-technical audiences
Build stakeholder relationships and establish credibility through reliable follow-through
Work independently and escalate issues when appropriate

5+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, reporting, card services, card operations, or a related field
Experience working with business reporting and analyzing quantitative information to identify trends, performance drivers, and meaningful business implications
Strong knowledge of payments, card services, card operations, or card portfolio management
Experience developing, refining, and maintaining business reports
Experience with DataChoice, First Data, or Symitar strongly preferred
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Strong data analysis capabilities
Ability to translate data into clear, actionable business recommendations
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Experience with Microsoft Copilot or similar AI-enabled productivity tools strongly preferred
Strong business judgment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Strong problem-solving skills
Must be able to work on Blend’s W2 without sponsorship
Must work Pacific or Mountain Time
