About the Role





Are you an experienced banking professional with a proven track record in branch leadership, business development and customer relationship management? Join Habib Bank AG Zurich (Kenya) as a Branch Manager. where you will lead branch operations, drive business growth, achieve key banking targets and ensure exceptional customer service. This position will report to the Head of Distribution





Required Qualifications





Bachelor's degree in Institute of Banking Diploma or related qualification from a top reputable university, with a minimum CGPA of 3.0

Minimum 5 years of experience in bank branch management, with solid knowledge of banking and financial





Qualifications & Skills





Professional banking and finance certifications are required

Strong communication, relationship management. strategic management & People Management skills

Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills





Key Responsibilities





Lead branch operations to ensure smooth service, strong controls and great customer experience.

Drive branch targets across revenue, profitability, deposits, lending and transactions.

Grow customer base by acquiring new clients and expanding market presence.

Deepen existing relationships through

cross-selling and tailored banking solutions for

Retail, SME and Corporate clients.

Monitor performance, close gaps and take action to improve business results.

Lead, coach and motivate the team to achieve targets with professionalism and accountability.

Ensure full compliance with Head Office policies and Central Bank of Kenya regulations.

Manage branch cash, vault, records and assets with proper controls.

Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to support retention and growth.

Spot market trends and turn them into growth opportunities for the branch.
