Facilitate closing new business opportunities for FSA, HSA, LSA, HRA, and COBRA
Work closely with outside and inside sales Account Executives to follow up on leads
Meet the needs and requests of brokers and employers
Respond to broker and employer queries in a timely manner
Perform needs analysis with prospective clients in TPA and related systems
Conduct product demonstrations using messaging techniques to establish buyer connection and complete sales
Present TPA strategies and business solutions to increase sales performance
Respond to Account Executive/CCC product-related questions
Communicate detailed solutions regarding Paylocity products, processes, and timelines
Train internal partners on TPA products and assist with talk tracks to uncover leads
Provide feedback to departments regarding client needs, operational needs, business opportunities, product features, and marketing/sales programs
Recommend creative selling and product-positioning techniques using market, product, and competitive knowledge
Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs
Maintain strong existing client and broker relationships

Self-motivated with a proven track record in dealing with a field based, fast paced salesforce
Strong presentation skills
Professional written communication skills for emails, RFPs, and reports
Organized and analytical
Ability to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches
3-5+ years relevant industry experience in a similar role
Experience and familiarity with Paylocity products welcomed
TPA industry knowledge welcomed
Ability to sit for extended periods, typically 7-8 hours a day
Ability to operate computer and phone systems and type
Ability to use multiple software programs and inquiries simultaneously
Available five days per week during designated work hours
