Benefits Call Center Representative

Job Description:

• Manage inbound calls
• Explain benefit programs, eligibility requirements, enrollment options, and coverage details
• Research and resolve participant inquiries using multiple systems and resources
• Accurately document interactions and maintain detailed records of participant requests and case activity
• Collaborate with team members and internal partners to ensure timely and accurate resolution of benefit-related concerns
• Support participants with a compassionate, professional approach while helping them make informed benefits decisions

Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years or older
• Have a High School Diploma, or equivalent
• Be able to successfully pass a criminal background check
• Strong organization skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong customer service mindset with clear, professional communication and the ability to follow instructions accurately
• Pass an internet speed test: download equal to or greater than 25, upload equal to or greater than 5, and Ping ms equal to or less than 175
• Ability to connect with an ethernet cable to a modem/router
• Must reside in Virginia; hiring is unavailable in the listed excluded states and metro areas
