B2B Setter, Sales Representative

Job Description:

• Proactively conduct outbound cold calls to B2B decision-makers
• Generate interest in RV-Tech’s problem-solving solutions
• Qualify leads and assess budget, needs, and suitable space for the machines
• Schedule highly qualified appointments and demos in the calendars of Closers (remote or field-based)
• Close selected contacts independently when appropriate
• Document calls concisely and accurately in the CRM system

Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience in outbound cold calling, preferably in B2B sales
• Understanding of complex, consultative solutions and business relationships
• Understanding of the Setter-Closer sales model
• Confident, professional, and personable telephone manner
• Professional objection-handling skills
• High level of self-motivation
• Structured, autonomous working style with an absolute focus on results
