Job Description:

• Source, screen, and hire drivers and transportation-related talent
• Support hiring for a fast-growing autonomous vehicle transportation company
• Build and engage candidate networks
• Deliver hires quickly
• Establish an ongoing recruiting partnership

Requirements:

• Proven recruiting experience in transportation, logistics, driver, or operations roles
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
• Ability to work independently and deliver hires quickly
• Existing database/network of drivers is a major plus
• Access to your own sourcing tools and recruiting resources preferred
• AV, mobility, transportation, or logistics industry experience is a plus
